Conscious comfort, effortless style.

Why Sustainable Swimwear Matters
The swimwear industry is often overlooked in the sustainability conversation, yet it has a significant environmental footprint. Most bikinis and one-pieces are made from synthetic, plastic-based fabrics that shed microplastics and contribute to ocean pollution. Fast fashion practices—like mass production, seasonal dumping, and overstock waste—only make things worse.
At Fizzkini, we believe your beachwear should not only make you feel confident but also reflect your values. That's why we’re committed to creating beautiful swimwear that treads lightly on the planet.
Our Commitment to Sustainability
We’re not perfect—but we’re intentional. Every Fizzkini piece is designed and produced with care, precision, and purpose.
This isn't just a production process—it's a philosophy. Every thread counts.

How to Care for Your Sustainable Swimsuit
Extending the life of your bikini or one-piece is one of the most impactful things you can do as a consumer.
Sustainability doesn’t stop at the sale—it’s a lifestyle.
Hand wash in cold water after each use
Rinse your swimsuit in fresh cold water immediately after swimming to remove salt, chlorine, and sunscreen residue. This prevents fabric wear and color fading.
Avoid harsh detergents and bleach
Use a gentle, eco-friendly detergent. Harsh chemicals can break down the elasticity of your suit and damage the fibers.
Air dry flat, out of direct sunlight
Lay your swimsuit flat in the shade to dry. Sunlight and heat can degrade elastic fibers and cause color fading.
Never tumble dry
Avoid dryers entirely. The heat can weaken the material, stretch the shape, and decrease the lifespan of your suit.
Store flat, not twisted or stretched
Keep your suit flat in a drawer or breathable bag. Avoid wringing or folding tightly when damp to preserve its shape.
Wash in a Guppyfriend bag to reduce microplastic release
If you machine wash occasionally, use a Guppyfriend washing bag to catch microfibers and prevent ocean pollution.
